Refund, Replacement & Size Exchange Policy – Div & Chic

At Div & Chic, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

  1. No Refund Policy

Div & Chic follows a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Size issues
  • Personal preference
  • Delay in delivery

All purchases are final.

  1. Replacement Policy (Wrong Product / Wrong Colour)

We offer replacement only if:

  • The product received is incorrect, or
  • The colour differs from what was ordered

Mandatory Proof (Non-Negotiable)

To be eligible for replacement:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must:
    • Start from the sealed package
    • Clearly show the shipping label
    • Show the full unboxing without cuts

❗No video = No replacement.

Time Limit

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Size Exchange Policy

We allow size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Size exchange is allowed only once per order

Mandatory Proof for Size Exchange

Customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos/videos showing:
    • Product condition
    • Tags intact
    • No signs of usage

Requests without proof will be rejected.

Shipping Charges for Size Exchange

  • All shipping costs (return + re-dispatch) must be paid by the customer
  • Div & Chic is not responsible for courier delays or losses during return transit

Stock Availability

  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable:
    • No refund will be issued
    • Customer may select another size or product of equal value, subject to availability
  1. Non-Eligible Cases (Very Important)

No replacement or exchange will be accepted for:

  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Customised or altered products
  • Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Minor size variations (±1 inch)
  • Colour difference due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Products damaged after delivery or due to improper handling
  • Requests raised after 48 hours
  • Missing unboxing video or proof
  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched.

  1. Approval & Processing
  • All replacement and exchange requests are subject to verification
  • Div & Chic reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on provided proof
  • Approved replacements or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days
