At Div & Chic, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
- No Refund Policy
Div & Chic follows a strict no-refund policy.
❌ Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Size issues
- Personal preference
- Delay in delivery
All purchases are final.
- Replacement Policy (Wrong Product / Wrong Colour)
We offer replacement only if:
- The product received is incorrect, or
- The colour differs from what was ordered
Mandatory Proof (Non-Negotiable)
To be eligible for replacement:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must:
- Start from the sealed package
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Show the full unboxing without cuts
❗No video = No replacement.
Time Limit
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Size Exchange Policy
We allow size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Size exchange is allowed only once per order
Mandatory Proof for Size Exchange
Customer must provide:
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos/videos showing:
- Product condition
- Tags intact
- No signs of usage
Requests without proof will be rejected.
Shipping Charges for Size Exchange
- All shipping costs (return + re-dispatch) must be paid by the customer
- Div & Chic is not responsible for courier delays or losses during return transit
Stock Availability
- Size exchange is subject to stock availability
- If the requested size is unavailable:
- No refund will be issued
- Customer may select another size or product of equal value, subject to availability
- Non-Eligible Cases (Very Important)
No replacement or exchange will be accepted for:
- Discounted or clearance items
- Customised or altered products
- Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
- Minor size variations (±1 inch)
- Colour difference due to lighting or screen resolution
- Products damaged after delivery or due to improper handling
- Requests raised after 48 hours
- Missing unboxing video or proof
- Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched.
- Approval & Processing
- All replacement and exchange requests are subject to verification
- Div & Chic reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on provided proof
- Approved replacements or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days
