- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high demand periods (sales, festive seasons), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed in such cases.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
📍 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any additional charges such as COD fees (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.
❌ Undelivered / Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not available at delivery time
- Refusal to accept the order
The reshipping cost will be borne by the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
🔄 Change of Address
- Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.
- Once dispatched, address modification is not possible.
